Acute and emergency consultation
For urgent eye emergencies you can come to one of our practices without an appointment between 07:30 and 08:00 on the respective opening days. If you cannot reach us by telephone and you have an acute emergency, please go directly to the nearest eye clinic or ophthalmological emergency service.
In case of serious or life-threatening symptoms – for example after an accident, or with additional paralysis or speech disturbance – please call the emergency number 112 immediately.

Where do the operations take place?
Outpatient procedures – such as cataract surgery – are carried out in the surgery centre at our Stadtmitte main practice. Pre- and post-operative examinations are also possible at the other locations.
Can I come without an appointment?
Please always make an appointment. If your symptoms are acute, call us – we will tell you when and where you can be seen fastest.
