Husam Salhab is a consultant ophthalmologist (board certified in Germany and Switzerland) and has been in practice at Augencentrum Mülheim since April 2025. He completed his specialist training at the University Eye Hospital in Heidelberg, among other places; before that he was medical director of the Medizentrum Eckert in Ellwangen. His surgical focus lies in lens and glaucoma surgery as well as the treatment of macular disease.
